* Plan Your Custom Coverage:

Design a custom plan for your wedding video, choosing the length and type of coverge that fit your needs.  Whatever coverage you choose, VideoArts will create a beautiful, artistic record of your wedding, with the components you want.  And the final DVD includes a custom menu, custom photo label, and three copies.

•      One Camera Coverage at $140/hr. (with $300 minimum)
•      Two Camera Coverage at $195/hr. (with $350 minimum)

* One Camera Package:

Take advantage of the savings of VideoArts packages. The One Camera Package includes candid footage of photoshoot and some preparations before wedding and one camera coverage of ceremony;  also videotaping  of principal events/ceremonies in reception (cake cutting, first dance, flower toss, etc.). Package also includes DVD menu, three copies of final DVD, with custom DVD label.

•       5 hours coverage     $625   (save $75 over hourly rate)
•       6 hours coverage     $725   (save $115)

* Two Camera Package:

Includes bride & groom dressing room coverage as well as photoshoot and candids covage; Two camera recording of ceremony; Two-camera recording of principal events in reception; DVD menu; Three copies of final DVD, with custom DVD label and custom DVD box.

•      5 hours coverage     $800    (save $175 over hourly rate)
•      6 hours coverage     $970    (save $200)
•      7 hours coverage     $1140  (save $225)
•      Unlimited coverage up to 10 hours (may include rehearsal and entire reception)   $1600    (Save $350)

VideoArts will arrive at your wedding well in advance of ceremony time in order to position cameras and equipment.   We are careful to abide by any special requirements of the church in regard to camera location or movement. 

VideoArts gives extra attention to recording accurate audio at your wedding.  We use high-quality wireless microphones to faithfully record the audio.  Your final video will contain every whisper exchanged between the bride and groom.  In most cases, a wireless microphone is placed on the groom's lapel in order to effectively capture the voices of bride, groom, and minister.  Additional microphones are placed on the camcorders, and in some cases on speaker stands, etc.

We use only the highest quality digital cameras and lenses for recording your wedding.  Images have breathtaking clarity and sharpness.

With all packages, the components of the wedding (usually preparations, ceremony, reception, and wedding party) are added to the DVD menu as separate items.  When you insert the DVD into your player, the menu opens, showing buttons for all the components.  You choose buttons to play ceremony, reception, and so on.  The "wedding party" section in based on the list of wedding participants listed in the program.  The list of names scrolls over a background photo, accompanied by appropriate music.

Music for the ceremony is usually the naturally occurring music.  The reception and preparation sections, however, may need additional music...and copyright free music will be added.  The bride and groom may wish to choose additional music for use in these sections.

All packages include four copies of the finished DVD, including both DVD-R and DVD+R to ensure compatibility with your DVD players.   Custom DVD labels are created using one or more photos out of the video.
